On the train to Perugia for a live Perugino and Burri, I study a place to eat and in the end it seems to me that the Priori and Osteria il Gufo are the most interesting. I choose, without being influenced by the Owl, also because the Priori are closed on Sundays. As we reach the restaurant, Via della Viola gives us some good signs, a place not very included in the tourist circuits, unexpected and the result of the will of the residents. We arrive and, in reality, at the beginning there was little queue, but from then on the service improved, punctual and friendly. Platter of Umbrian cured meats and cheeses, chicken galantine, pici all'aglione (very delicate), guinea fowl with liver pâté and finally a trio of pies with one especially with breadcrumbs... superlative. Good, a nice experience.
