On the evening of mid-August we had dinner with friends and with great disappointment the food was not up to par, in fact the next day my husband ended up in the emergency room in Riccione with fever and vomiting due to food poisoning, and to this day he is still suffering. When we say the places of the heart. This is one of those places for us. We stayed 20 years ago as engaged couples and returned this year to pleasantly discover that the property is still the same. I have rarely felt so uncomfortable in a club. Without making it too long, on an evening with below average attendance in the middle of August we waited more than 1h40min for a simple starter and first course. But the wait would have been the minimum, until the food “passatelli with white seafood ragù” (or something similar) appears. Well, some passatelli arrive clearly taken from a Conad bag of embarrassing quality, raw and with fish in the middle like salmon, tuna translated and 2 prawns on the cross. Not even a hint of white fish (sea bass/bream). Obviously they were inedible and I left them on the plate. The waiter realizes that something had gone wrong (practically everything), we arrive at the cash register and as if nothing had happened.
