Top notch, very reasonably priced, home-made traditional Italian cuisine. Chef Ricardo, who is only in his late 26+ is already a genuius in mastering traditional cuisine. Highly recommend the Squid salad & clam spaghetti. Very high end quality. Not too crazily rich. Since we come from Canada, we love how delicate chef Ricardo cooks. Indeed top-notch cooking skills. One of the best seafood dinners in Rome! Osteria Orbitelli is the perfect combination of authentic Italian aesthetics and flawless cuisine. The location in a historic palazzo is captivating from the first glance, and the atmosphere inside is lovely. We ordered a seafood set and were served five plates of incredible antipasti! Everything from the mussels to the octopus was incredibly fresh, juicy, and literally melted in our mouths. The beautiful traditional tableware adds a special charm. Top-quality kitchen at a very reasonable price. 10 out of 10!
