This Italian restaurant is insanely good—if you don’t make a reservation, there’s basically zero chance of getting a table. We booked a weekday dinner slot at 7:00 p.m., and the place was already completely full. Even walk-ins waiting outside didn’t stand a chance. The carbonara was outstanding. Like, genuinely next level. This is not the lazy version with bacon and supermarket cream. The sauce was properly emulsified using pasta water, flour, and rendered bacon fat, creating a rich, silky texture that coated the pasta perfectly. The pasta itself was beautifully al dente, and the sauce was thick and flavourful—definitely not watery or soupy. Super satisfying and very memorable. The pizza was also excellent—straight up dope. We ordered the Italian cured ham with arugula, a classic Italian combination. This is real Italian-style pizza: thin crust, simple, and balanced. None of that thick, overprocessed, fast-food pizza nonsense. Definitely not Pizza Hut–style junk. Unfortunately, we missed out on the tiramisu. The kitchen was too busy that day and couldn’t make it in time. However, the staff kindly told us that if you mention wanting tiramisu when making a reservation, they’ll usually reserve a portion for you—or even make one specially. Lesson learned: always pre-order the tiramisu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Osteria Rialto is a cozy restaurant where I finally found real Italian food. Chef Mirko is always available for the customers requests. I would suggest this restaurant for sure.
