My sister and I had an unpleasant experience at this location. We ordered a jug of water, and the first jug had a strong chemical taste. When we asked for a replacement, the second jug had tissues floating in it, so we decided to avoid the water altogether. Throughout our meal, our waitress stood very close to our table, watching us as we ate. This made us uncomfortable, and we ended up leaving without finishing our meal. I used to enjoy this establishment and frequently visited the Dowerglen branch, where I always felt welcome. Going forward, I think I’ll stick to the Dowerglen branch for a more comfortable experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a wonderful experience at Osteria Rossa, a cozy and authentic Italian restaurant that serves delicious wood fired pizza. The crust was thin and crispy, the cheese was melted and gooey, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I ordered the Margherita pizza, which had basil, tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese. It was simple but satisfying. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.
