I've been there several times over the years and the food is very good, the dishes almost always spot on (even if in some cases there have been some problems, particularly with the risottos). The amuse bouche are always refined and elaborate, while the serving dishes are generally simpler. Excellent wine pairings and service, attentive but not pressured. The experience at Osteria Alla Chiesa was a very pleasant experience! Let's start with a very particular oil, not very acidic, with a persuasive flavor that invites us to continually taste it not only on the magnificent bread (stone-baked) but also freely, by the spoon, to better understand its value through the exaltation of its unusual flavor . REVENUES All the entries follow: a fascinating series of small jewels, carefully studied and packaged with simple but determined craftsmanship. TASTING The tasting progresses in an accurate and well-studied way, a progression of very pleasant surprises, without hitches or exaggerations. The first twist comes with the pumpkin, eel, caramelized onion and gold oil soup: the mix of flavors is extraordinary, each spoon is dressed in a different dress, from the same collection.
