Otoya is pretty near Handa Canal Kuranomachi. Many guests have noticed that the staff is cheerful at this restaurant. Enjoyable service is something that visitors would like to improve here. Unlike regular Ootoya, the menu is quite narrow. If you would like to see the menu, please see the menu on the dedicated homepage. The atmosphere itself is nice and the taste is fine, but I think your evaluation will depend on whether it suits your tastes.
