Was super disappointed when I ordered a chai tea only to realize it was nothing more than a flavored syrup added to milk. No real chai whatsoever

Response from the owner 4 months ago

I’m very sorry you didn’t like your drink. We put the chai concentrate in a flavor bottle because the original pump that comes with it squirts everywhere so please know it is a chai mix. If you would have said something we could have fixed it or made you something else. Again sorry about your experience. We try very hard to make sure everyone is happy.

This coffee shop is amazing! They have a warm, and inviting, and beautiful space. Their coffee is also absolutely delicious. I gave it a try once and had to come back the next day. I’m glad I did. The Staff even remembered my face. I’ll be sure to stop by here again when I’m back in town. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
