I came in a skeptic, but with the price point of $1,500 I made a profit of $19,350. The result has been the feedback from pros and customers has been amazing in terms of profits and the customer service is one of best departments I’ve ever dealt with, and have referred 2 customers who are also very happy . To update on my last review, I gave 5 stars, easily dropped down since they are now closing this location and didn't tell anyone who purchased gift cards or who had take away cards for service they messed up. Terrible way to do business as a whole for Outback. I'm not going out of state just to use the cards they owed me or gift cards given as a gift.

Let me start by saying that my son just turned 5 on the 16th and tonight we celebrated it at Outback Steakhouse in New London, which I have been going to since 2001 when I was 10 years old, turning 11. (I am now 29) And I kid you not, it was unanimously decided by myself, my son, my mom and older brother (unfortunately my younger brother couldn’t make this get together, he was called into work, but he had take away!) THIS WAS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE BEST DINING EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD! And we have been to Walt Disney World dining (Rain Forrest Café, T-Rex, Planet Hollywood etc.) all very special occasions, but James Corey (owner of the NL location) went above and beyond for my family and Son to make us all and especially my son feel welcome and special after 2 poor experiences on my mom’s birthday (August) and just last week when we ordered take away being cautious of going inside from my mom’s experience. Last week didn’t go so well either and I took the survey and was very honest and detailed about what had happened and James reached out to me personally and immediately. His customer service and his attitude is flawless and exactly how an owner or manager should be! We were blown away when we got there and James had asked the manager Jordan to go out and buy birthday hats, napkins and a HUGE Happy Birthday balloon bigger than my son and didn’t stop there, an official Outback Birthday card and a Hot Wheels 6 car set for a present. And told us to order whatever we wanted on the house. We had the BEST server, Stacy! She was so professional and nice, so attentive and she was like that with every table in our section. She gave recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted and was very attentive. Everything was cooked perfectly and the orders were correct. So the experience itself was amazing and the food was amazing as well....the staff we encountered today were wonderful! I’m so glad they turned it around for us, we have been dining there since 2001 and almost switched to Longhorn, but we remain loyal Outbackers! We will most definitely be going back SOON! The whole family next time! (I know where I want to celebrate my birthday from now on!) A++!
