When traveling for work, I eat a steak almost every night for dinner. You just can’t beat Outback Steakhouse! The consistency between all locations and states is what encourages my nightly dinner choice. My steaks are ALWAYS cooked to perfection with just the right amount of S&P. Can’t forget the cheese sticks! Amazing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This last visit with my family was the last straw. We have never had issues before, but the last three times were horrible. The stakes were either over cooked or there was too much fat on it to the point you couldn’t even chew it. The second time we found plastic in our sauce for the bloomin onion. The last time we waited at our table for ever for our appetizers. And our food order got lost or whatever excuse was used, then when we finally got our food everything was either over cooked or just plain wrong. I understand when it’s busy things take time, but this was ridiculous. We walked out. The sad thing is they do have some great people working there but they have too many workers that seem to not care or have a poor work ethic. It’s sad. This was a great place to eat and have great food. But not anymore. Very sad and disappointing.
