Ouzeri is a unique Greek restaurant in Rome that offers a truly authentic experience. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and make you feel like family. The food is absolutely delicious, with traditional Greek dishes like tzatziki and gyros that are full of flavor. The highlight of the evening is the live Greek music, which adds an extra element of fun and excitement to the atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and the wine selection is decent. There is also a free membership card that you can get when you visit. The only downside might be that the music can be a bit too loud at times. Overall, Ouzeri is a great place for a fun night out with friends or a romantic dinner for two. Highly recommended!

I hate leaving bad reviews like this but I really have to share my experience. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We were informed that they were out of feta, tzatziki, and pita because the shipment “hasn’t come from Greece yet.” I’m sorry… are grocery stores also waiting on a cargo ship from Athens? A quick trip for cucumbers, Greek yogurt, feta, and flour would have solved this. That’s called managing a restaurant. The restaurant itself was hotter than the surface of the sun. We weren’t the only ones suffering, either. Multiple tables around us got up and left. Honestly, I considered joining them. Then came the waiting. We sat there for what felt like an eternity. Our drinks took forever, the food took even longer, and by the time everything finally arrived, I had aged at least three business days. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t worth the wait. The chicken was so dry I practically needed power tools to get it off the skewer. I’ve had juicier chicken from a gas station. Honestly I was genuinely concerned it had been cooking since the Greek Empire. Every bite felt like chewing on seasoned drywall… The entire experience was a masterclass in how not to run a restaurant. Bad excuses, unbearable heat, painfully slow service, and food that should have stayed in the kitchen. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, and I actually like my worst enemy more than I liked this meal. The woman knew it was a bad experience and apologized a bunch but like do better this was expensive and just not ok. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: €20–30

Had an incredible experience at Ouzerì in Rome! My family and I stopped in for drinks and Karizmo absolutely made the day unforgettable. His energy, hospitality, and attention to detail were next level. Every cocktail was crafted perfectly and the atmosphere was the perfect mix of stylish, vibrant, and welcoming. You can truly tell he takes pride in creating an experience, not just serving drinks. If you’re in Rome looking for an amazing spot for cocktails, great vibes, and outstanding service, this is the place. Karizmo turned a simple drink day out into one of our favorite memories in Trastevere. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Italy. Salute! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
