This place is gold, and I hope the owner doesn’t change a thing! Love how he just posts on Instagram when he wants to open, that’s how you know this is going to be one of the best bread you will ever eat. He works by himself so there is usually a line, but it is so worth it. Cash only! (It’s a small business in Tokyo suburbs, what do you expect?) I had the bread, cannelé, and green tea madeline. The flavours were so unique, the crust was perfect and the inside was so soft and bouncy. It is better than most of the boulangeries in Paris. One of the other reviews was right, this place is deserving of a Michelin star. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
