The best place to have macarons in Japan. Had some of the best macarons I ever tasted! The Matcha macarons is by far the best one. In you're visiting Nara, is a must for your trip! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The pictures speak for themselves. So cute!!! Just know they're very sweet!!!! But what else do you look for in a macaron? LOL The flavors are distinct and the texture of the macaron is nice. In the US macaron go for about $4-5 so it was nice to see such cutely decorated ones in Japan go for about $3. My favorites are the strawberry shortcake and strawberry yogurt. Earlgrey was also interesting. However, I wouldn't recommend the pure milk one because it tastes like nothing but sugar.
