Hi there,I am extremely sorry for your experience — this is not the level of service i aim to provide.At the moment, i am running as a solo operation, and there are times when I’m in the back doing prep, which can make it difficult to hear the bell.I completely understand how frustrating that must have been, and I take full responsibility.For future visits, it’s always best to give us a call to place your order so i can make sure everything is ready and avoid any delays.I’d really appreciate the chance to make this right. Good food is hard to find on the apps. This place is one of the best. Presentation of the food is all ways on point. 100% dedicated on making the white/red and mint sauces from scratch. The owner/cook puts 120% into his time and effort when it comes to making his customers content happy and satisfied with a large portioned meal. Well balanced with rice, topped with your choices of protein and salad with a stack of fries. Sauce on the platter or the side can't go wrong. This gentleman makes amazing food and is constantly prefecting his menu to suit his customers wishes. Would 100% recommend to family and friends. For a good take away or pick up at the kitchen.
