Over Time is a pub and bar nestled on Arena Blanca Road in Punta Cana. It's a cozy, casual spot that's great for groups, boasting a notable selection of beers and various alcoholic offerings, including spirits and wine. The venue features essential amenities like toilets for guests' convenience. Open until the early hours from Monday to Saturday, this sports bar stays vibrant late into the night, although on Sundays it closes earlier at midnight.

Catering to both dine-in patrons and those planning their nights out in advance, Over Time accepts reservations, making it a viable option for planned gatherings. While some visitors appreciate its late operating hours and the quality of certain dishes like the shrimp po'boy, others have noted that the food might not compete with other dining options within the same resort context. It’s suggested that service might be stretched thin during busy periods past 11:30 pm; however, the bar tends to be quieter earlier in the evening.

The vibe is laid-back, which can be particularly attractive for those seeking a more intimate, group-friendly setting without breaking the bank, as it is characterized by a cheap price level. Patron reviews are mixed, reflecting a range of experiences, from good service encounters to highlighting limitations in staffing or menu variety during high traffic times. It's important to note that the most recent feedback dates back several months, indicating a gap in up-to-date insights.

We are the very few BLACK couples on this resort and we were the only BLACK couple in the restaurant at this time and we had to wait over an hour for burgers and French fries. We were not helped for a while and had to search for our server to even place an order and in doing so he rudely put his finger up and went to help other who came in after us and were at tables surrounding ours. After finally ordering, more than an hour passed and we still received nothing. When we politely confronted this server about it he talked over us and and walked away while we were actively speaking to him. Once he knew we were upset after confronting him magically after waiting over an hour the burgers were given to us in under 5 minutes. He removed his name tag so we couldn’t file a formal complaint and claimed he didn’t have one. My spouse left her phone in the restaurant after complaining and once we got there somehow magically he has a name tag and he has the energy to broadcast his name but the name told to us is not the name upon his name tag many other people ordered the same thing as us and were served before us and none of the people served before us share the same complexion as us. If you’re faced with this sever he gives poor service and based off my personal experience I’ve felt a type of exclusion and a type of prejudice based off the personal confrontation if he simply would’ve acknowledged that he made a mistake I would’ve brushed it off but to wait an hour for food and to make matters worse we only speak English and he speaks both languages and he chose to explain the situation to his peers solely in Spanish and I personally feel like he twisted the story to his peers to make the situation favor him in an all inclusive resort as the only black couple that’s not fluent in Spanish it feels like a certain type of stigma and i personally feel embarrassed to have to make a scene over simple food from an all inclusive resort Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Not a favourite in the list of restaurants of the hotel. Food is not that great, very limited staff when it gets crowded after 11:30pm. But if you do go before that is pretty empty as most people go to the other international style restaurants.
