The female staff member at this café came across as very insincere and dismissive. When she asked about the sweetness level, I didn’t hear clearly and thought she was asking whether it was for takeaway or dine-in. She then corrected me loudly with a rather mean smile, saying “sweet.” If you dislike your job that much, you probably shouldn’t be working in customer service. I only had large bills, and the staff didn’t even check before saying they couldn’t provide change. Thankfully, another customer kindly helped me break the bill.
