We have been customers since the opening of this restaurant, and we have been able to witness its culinary evolution. A varied menu with very well executed dishes and a lovely presentation. The Asian part is also very well mastered with good woks, however the sushi still needs improvement ;). I also recommend the breakfasts which are plentiful and affordable. For the case of the service, each remains very variable and this depends on the server supporting us. It was sometimes possible to wait up to 45 minutes to be served while other times, the service was done in 20 minutes. Despite the waiting time and the numerous requests, the staff always remains attentive and very smiling. The coffees are great, the cocktails fruity and very fresh. We hope that the service will improve so that we can continue to go there with pleasure. I recently visited Oxford Coffee Shop for the first time, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I had a highly disappointing experience due to the lack of service and uncleanliness of the establishment. Upon arrival, I was hopeful for a pleasant dining experience. However, I encountered several issues that made my visit extremely frustrating. Firstly, my table remained unclean for over 30 minutes, despite the staff being aware of it. This prolonged wait for a clean table was not only unpleasant but also highly unprofessional. Furthermore, the service staff failed to provide me with a menu or take my order. I patiently waited, hoping for assistance, but no one came back to attend to me. As a result, I wasted valuable time waiting for attention that never arrived. This lack of attention and disregard for customer service is simply unacceptable. I understand that businesses can have off days, but my experience at Oxford Coffee Shop was far from satisfactory. The combination of the unclean table, the neglect in providing a menu, and the failure to take my order has left a lasting negative impression. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for the management of Oxford Coffee Shop to address these issues and improve their service quality. Customers deserve prompt and attentive service, along with a clean and comfortable dining environment. Sadly, I cannot recommend Oxford Coffee Shop based on my experience, and I will be seeking other establishments for future dining outings
