Last night I had what was the best pho ever. The oxtail pho broth was fragrant and full of flavour and herbs without a hint of msg. The oxtail was fall off the bone tender and juicy. The chicken pho was also excellent with your choice of protein. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive and told us the oxtail pho is cooked overnight. The decor is modern, clean and aesthetic, not your typical Vietnamese restaurant. Highly recommend! We'll be back. Oh and they're open crazy late 4 am every night for your late night cravings! With all the respect in the world I write this review. The service was quick, kind, and attentive. And the atmosphere felt of a dimly lit night market restaurant. Highly promising. However, I prioritize the food heavily if I go somewhere to eat. If a restaurant is open for 12 hours until 4 am, wouldn't you assume that at least even now at 10 pm as of eating the food, only 6 hours after service, they would still have an overall repertoire of fresh food? The bread for their daily banh mi was tough and stale in many spots. But I will balance my statement and say that the lemongrass pork belly was fresh and vibrant, and beautifully seasoned. And a plate of 6 chicken wings with batter that was clearly made to be crispy can be presumed to have been fried. But even if you sauced the wings rapidly after frying the wings they should NOT have been so soggy so quickly and as soggy as they were. Please work on it if the food is this pricey. The pho was great. The lady there was pleasant and chatted with us as we ate. Very friendly and warm.
