Had a really good experience at P. Terry's Burger Stand. The fries were honestly some of the best fries I’ve had in a long time — crispy, salty, fresh, and ridiculously addicting. I’d genuinely come back just for the fries alone. The burger itself was good too. It reminded me of an old-school childhood burger in the best way possible. Nothing super fancy or overcomplicated — just simple comfort food done right. The cheese tasted like classic Kraft singles, which honestly added to the nostalgic vibe. Overall, super solid spot if you want a classic burger and fries experience without trying too hard. Definitely worth checking out. Please give Faith several raises. I'm a local industry worker and have been coming here for yeaaarrsss. We can always work together bc we know how to but Faith went above and beyond to the point that I felt like I needed to make a whole review about how she just maintained the the chill vibe and atmosphere. If anything was going askew, I wouldn't even have known as a 25 year veteran of the industry. She is on her game and everyone else's and I haven't felt that cool and unbothered outside of a burger stand in downtown Austin in actual years this has always been a great spot, I'm so grateful that she solidified that feeling as our city changes.

Don't be like me and assume the left side of the building is the entrance, because it's not I thought it was a drive thru. Well they have a drive thru on both sides, both entering from the back. Anywho, It was a bit awkward backing out of the drivethru. There were a couple of employees standing outside in the driveway, they didn't stop me, I just pulled up ready to order and they just looked at me like I was crazy and said it's the wrong way. And I apologized and said Google maps sent me this way and they said well maybe you shouldn't use Google maps. Touche. The drive thru staff was was friendly from ordering to getting the order. It take longer than usual to get the food. Overall funny, embarrassing, good food moment. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
