Elevated smashy B, this one. Meat had super crispy edges and a real smokey/bacon profile. The cheesy fries had what I interpreted as the “American cheese” tradition, but done with REAL CHEESE which resembled more of a fondue than liquid orange goop they serve in the US. I asked for a side of ketchup, it was house made and more like a tomato compote, deelish. I guess what I’m saying is this was totally memorable meal in every aspect, when it could’ve been “fine”. And we sat outside in a sweet traffic free alley with other patrons, al fresco. What more do you want? Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
