PAKDAD is pretty near Khagani Park. A lot of people highlight that the staff is gracious at this restaurant. Satisfying service is something that guests would like to improve here. Note, this was in 28 mall branches, just not in google. I don't like to write too harsh a review, but AWFUL. Tasteless rice and old julienne without meat. And you pay 17 azn for the food you see in this picture. The food was so bad that it would be difficult to explain even by writing a long review. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
