Planning your trip, pay attention to Cheong Fatt Tze - The Blue Mansion and remember to choose where to eat: this restaurant is right aside the mentioned place of interest. You can share nicely cooked tapas, fish and sandwiches with your friends and spend a nice time here. Order good Scones. You will be offered delicious wine. When visiting PALM COURT, try great tea.

Select between indoor and outdoor seating. The cute staff welcomes visitors all year round. Enjoyable service is something that people note in their reviews. You will definitely like the pleasant atmosphere and homey decor. But google users rated this place and it didn't get a high rating.

Dined at the Palm Court at the Eastern Oriental Hotel and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had. The dinner menu was extremely underwhelming, and honestly, local street food tastes far better — at a fraction of the price. The satay chicken was dry, tough, and had a slightly sour note that didn’t taste right. The filet mignon was even worse — it had a sour taste and didn’t resemble fresh beef at all. The meat did not seem fresh. I had to send it back twice and ultimately gave up and didn’t eat it. The duck rice was equally disappointing, with the duck being extremely dry. Nothing we ordered was enjoyable or even properly edible. For a hotel of this reputation and standing, the quality of food was shockingly poor and far below expectations. I would strongly advise others to avoid dining here. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: RM 120–140 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Sorry, disrespectful behavior from the staff - from a lady who took over from a young guy - is unacceptable- if you are serving brownie (actually it has nothing to do with brownie) with a big chunk of egg shell inside it, be prepared that the guest will return it - don’t get the hump, kindly apologize and suggest a new serving.
