THIEVES!!!! Ordered food, called after an hour and a half of waiting and was told my food would be another 45 minutes. Asked to cancel the order, woman on the phone was rude, they cancelled the order after another 45 minutes of waiting and another phone call but still charged my card!!! Thieving and rude, do not order!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced!!! Ordered food around 6:45. By 8:50 still had not arrived so called to politely ask how long it would be. Lady on the ohine shouted that they are busy, that it would be 20 mins and then cut the phone off. Another half an hour passed so I tried to phone again. Phone line was completley turned off, tried to ohine almost 50 times and straight to answer phone every time. The restraint was closed on Uber eats so couldn’t even get in touch via that, and food never came with no refund and no explanations as to why. Was first time trying here and will never ever again. Vile woman answering phone and not worth the time of day. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
