Visited Pastaya around 11:30 AM — got seated right away (one of the last available tables). Tried the uni cream pasta — overall, it was good. The sauce was thick yet smooth, with a nice balance of seafood flavor and a subtle tomato base. You can taste hints of uni in every bite without it being overpowering.
