Paul has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The service is so bad it genuinely makes you not want to buy anything from them. As a regular client, I started noticing how rude and unprofessional some of the staff are, especially those handling online orders. Today, I was right next to the bakery and placed an order, then politely asked if someone could bring it to my car right in front. The lady refused and said the restaurant was full. I got there and found it completely empty with several staff just standing around. At that point, it was clear it’s not about being busy, it’s just poor service. After reading other reviews, I can see this is a recurring issue and the staff is clearly the problem at this location. I won’t be coming back or ordering from here again.

Chez Paul is a nice and quiet place It might be not as cosy as some may expect because of the room display However, the service is 4 stars with a short waiting time. You even get some bread and butter while waiting Toilets are clean and neat The food is not too much spiced, you can use extra salt and pepper in case you want. I really enjoy their dessert, especially the cheesecake Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
