First time going to PDQ, and I have to say the food was great! The employees were respectful and patient. Specifically, Jose was awesome! It was heavily raining and thundering and they were closing. We were waiting out the rain, and he offered to take us to the car with an umbrella. I truly haven’t seen such hospitality in a long long time. I appreciated his gesture and thanked him for the hospitality. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. 100/100 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The young lady who took my order provided excellent customer service with a smile . The guy that gave me the food never acknowledged my presence with a smile he looked away while handing my drink and food to me. As I tasted the food was it was room temperature and fries tasted like the sea. I love salt but this was an over abundance. Also the sauce was all over the bag with the top off . I received three napkins. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

PDQ in Pembroke Pines is the real deal, and I do not say that lightly. The food is fresh, the portions are generous, and the quality is consistent every single time. This is fast casual done right. The night staff from last night truly went above and beyond, and they deserve to be recognized for it. Their energy, attentiveness, and genuine care for the customer experience made the visit memorable. That kind of dedication is rare, and it does not go unnoticed.
