Excellent choice if you are looking for authentic Cypriot cuisine somewhere in the countryside! Mr. Periklis gives great importance to the "raw materials", from the zucchini to his lamb ribs, hence the result. At the end: coffee-sweet treats, with an air of Cypriot hospitality.
