We are sincerely sorry that several of our dishes did not meet your expectations in terms of portion size, value, and overall first impression—especially the oyster platters, shrimp cocktail, and anchovy fries. Your comments regarding texture and cost performance are taken very seriously. At the same time, we are grateful to hear that you enjoyed the basil butter whelk, the lemon cream oyster pasta, and the caramel-flavored cheesecake. We also deeply apologize for the service lapses you experienced. Forgetting orders—particularly more than once—is unacceptable, and we regret that our service did not reflect the level of attentiveness you should expect, especially while seated at the counter. This is something we are addressing internally by reviewing our service flow and communication between the kitchen and floor staff. While Ginza is undeniably a challenging location, we firmly believe that this should never be an excuse. Quality, quantity, and service must justify the price, and your feedback clearly shows us where we fell short during your visit.
