We had such an amazing experience at P.F. Chang’s, and a huge part of that was because of Sophia! She was absolutely fantastic. She’s the manager and bartender, and she was so friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to talk to. We tried several of the mixed drinks — the Asian Pear Mojito, Golden Buddha Mai Tai, Long Island, and Coconut Mojito — and every single one was SO good. Sophia clearly knows what she’s doing when it comes to making drinks, and she was happy to explain everything and make recommendations without ever being pushy. What really stood out was how respectful she was of our dining time and space. She checked on us enough to make sure we were taken care of, but never made us feel rushed or interrupted. She had such a great personality and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Sophia is truly an asset to this location. She was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all-around awesome person to have behind the bar. We’ll definitely be back, and hopefully we get Sophia again! This is always a perfectly operated restaurant in Appleton. The meals are always perfectly prepared and come out to the table hot. Most importantly is that the staff here is always pleasant, but today, our service from Tiana was exceptional. She was attentive without being over us every minute. My water glass was kept full throughout my meal, which is very important to me. Tiana has a very pleasant personality and really makes you feel welcome. She seems to be glad that you've chosen to come to P.F. Chang's and dine with them. It's a real treat to have a friendly server who wants to serve your dining desires and health needs...and always with a smile. When you dine here, ask for Tiana. You won't be disappointed with her wonderful service and delightful personality.
