I applied here about a year ago ish. Worst interview experience I ever had. On top of that, while I was waiting for the manager, the hostess let this random stranger FOLLOW me into the restaurant and threaten me over something I had NO idea about. Interview was bland and felt extremely judged the whole time. I kindly asked the manager to walk me out to my car because I was genuinely scared. I felt embarrassed about asking and I was so overwhelmed already. He seemed annoyed and didn’t seem to take me seriously as he kept asking “is this your car? is this your car?” Dodged a hefty bullet with this specific location. Terrible people. I can see from the reviews that the service is no better either.

Please avoid this restaurant. I'm a fan of P.F. Chang's and usually go to the Tysons Galleria location, but unfortunately, we decided to try this branch because it was closer. The experience was very disappointing. Our server, Samy, was incredibly rude. I ordered a salad as an appetizer and chicken with rice from the kids' menu, which was supposed to come with broccoli, along with our main course. After 45 minutes, everything was brought out together. The salad had no dressing, I didn’t have a plate, and my toddler’s broccoli was missing. I asked for Samy and waited another 20 minutes, only to see her laughing and enjoying herself with friends instead of helping us. When I finally called her over and expressed my dissatisfaction with the service—mentioning that I didn’t have a plate and the salad was missing dressing—she interrupted me before I could finish and rudely told me to talk to the manager. She didn’t even wait to hear me out. My husband agreed, and she walked away. A younger manager named Scott came over with his hands in his pockets, even ruder than Samy. He simply said, "This is what it is," and handed us our check without even addressing the issues with our food. My toddler was shocked because he didn’t get to eat his lunch. They charged us, and we left without eating our meal. I will be following up on this. I've attached photos I took from a video I recorded before we left the restaurant.
