If you have never tasted Chinese cuisine, you should order a table at this restaurant. Enjoy nicely cooked orange chicken, mongolian beef and sesame chicken at P. F. Chang's when you happen to be near it. The gracious staff welcomes guests all year round. The nice service is a great plus of this place. Here you will pay low prices. As a number of visitors notice, the atmosphere is lovely. This spot scored 4.6 in the Google rating system.

I’ve been to P.F. Chang’s several times and have always enjoyed it. However, today we sat in Marco’s section, and the service truly stood out. It was, by far, the best customer service I’ve experienced in all my years dining in Laredo. Marco was attentive, professional, and made the entire experience exceptional. Thank you Marco Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I want to compliment Marco Cavazos at P.F. Chang’s for his excellent service. Marco was attentive, professional, friendly, and made the entire dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. He checked in regularly, made sure everything was perfect, and provided outstanding customer service with a positive attitude. Employees like Marco truly make a difference, and his hard work and hospitality deserve recognition. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Do not go unless you know somebody that works there. My wife and I went to P.F. Chang's for the first time, to try it out. We got sat as soon as we entered, we waited at the table for 15 minutes, a waiter passed us four times, never bothered to offer a glass of water, a couple came in and sat behind us after we had been seated and the got severed and attended. We just sat there and were ignored completely. I will not go back the service was horrendous, we had such high expectations from such a well known restaurant, to just be tossed to a table and forgotten, the only reason 1 gave a one star is because I cant give it a 0 star.
