My mother and I chose P.F. Chang's for dinner tonight and I am more than impressed! For starters, the hostess Jade sat us at an exceptionally clean table and gave us a great recommendation for our starter dishes. Our server Olivia was so very kind and helpful. My favorite dish was the chicken lettuce wraps and my mom's was the Mongolian beef! Honorable mention for the egg drop soup. Everything was so delicious. We had a pleasant interaction with the manager Debbie as well. Overall, I will definitely be visiting this location again! We wanted a fun night out as a family and chose P.F. Chang’s for the sushi. All seemed fine until our food was given to another table and had to be reordered. They brought out one guests entree while the rest of us sat waiting another 20 minutes to only receive the the wrong order. Two of the entrees had no meat. The waiter seemed frustrated with us when he failed to write down the order and it was his mistake. Again, another 15 minutes to correct the order. He told us the manager couldn’t come out and speak to us. Never apologized nor offered to comp at least part of the order. Spent $150.00 and had an awful experience. By the way, the bathroom was very dirty. How about close this place down until you can do it right. Never again!
