One of the best bars I've been to in Japan! I have lived in Japan for a few years now and have travelled a lot of it, cities and towns, you name it. PHOOL is among the best. They have dual Japanese and English menus. Some of the Japanese staff are also good English speakers too. All of them are friendly and helpful. The bar/cafe has a wonderful selection of dishes to choose from. Big and small. The Lunch menu is particularly delicious. The drink selection is large and they have many soft drinks too (in case you are driving). I also love their selection of cocktails, some of which are completely original and great tasting They have a nice selection of artwork and traditional Japanese wares to appreciate inside. The decor is luxurious and comfortable with a nice music selection (they have a cool vinyl collection!) the location is great in the heart of Atami. They are a 10-minute walk from the station and right next to the Beach too. There is a paid parking lot opposite the place too. Sometimes they throw events too, so be sure to look at their social media for notices and event information too. I love this place! 私が日本で行ったバーの中で最高のバーのひとつだ！もう数年日本に住んでいて、たくさんの街や町を旅してきた。その中でもPHOOLは最高です。日本語と英語のメニューがあります。日本人スタッフの何人かは英語も上手だ。どのスタッフもフレンドリーで親切だ。バー/カフェには素晴らしい料理のセレクションがある。大小さまざま。ランチメニューは特においしい。ドリンクのセレクションも豊富で、ソフトドリンクもたくさんある（運転中の場合に備えて）。カクテルのセレクションも大好きで、完全にオリジナルで素晴らしい味のものもあります。店内には、アート作品や日本の伝統的な器も飾られている。内装はラグジュアリーで心地よく、音楽のセレクションもいい（かっこいいレコードのコレクションがあるんだ！）。駅から徒歩10分、海水浴場のすぐそばだ。時々イベントも開催しているので、SNSで告知やイベント情報をチェックしてみてください。私はこの店が大好きだ！ Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Lunch Menu

I really liked the relaxing space and the warmth of the staff. I ate a delicious sweet that I didn't know about and that I recommend, the tres leches cake.
