The staff is cheerful that's what makes this bar so good. Spectacular service is something that guests note in their reviews. The pretty atmosphere can make you want to stay here for a bit more than you've initially planned. As for the Google rating, PIANOTERRA got 4.6.

Bellissimo ambiente ma da rivedere il concept e il personale. Aperto dalle 16 (e cito testualmente) "in poi"... Quindi se posso venire a bere qualcosa o meno, lo decide il destino! Un giorno è bar, l'altro è enoteca, speriamo che diventi un locale vero un giorno! Aggiungo che, una sera, dal palazzo di sopra ci hanno tirato una bella secchiata d'acqua (alle 23:50) e di tutta risposta, il signore che stava lì a fumare sigarette affianco a noi (e che ci ha servite) replica così: "Eh vabbè, ce sta." . Almeno il finto dispiacere lo avrei gradito! In compenso ho ben capito che da Pianoterra non si cava niente, ma dal quinto piano invece di acqua ce n'è in abbondanza!
