What a gem! This is a pearl in Amsterdam South, every little detail is a proof of the love that the owners have put into putting together the entire concept. Everything has a thought behind it and everything tasted great. The flavor combinations were new and very fun. I’d recommend trying a little bit of everything! The vibe is cool and low-key but with style, love it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cute, scaled back restaurant where the food is both prepared and served by the couple that own the place. Where I’m used to leaving a restaurant in Amsterdam feeling like I have overpaid for lousy food - this was not the case. The food is very very good and the prices are fair. We had three fantastic courses and two drinks each for 60 each excluding tip. I would definitely recommend for a group dinner of maximum 6 people or a date night with your partner. It’s great to see a small business doing well and I’m happy to support something like this over the larger more commercial restaurants that have become the norm in Amsterdam! Having dinner at Piattini is the ultimate Venetian experience in Amsterdam. Giulia and Maicol create a majestic atmosphere, where the guest is invited as a friend to discover outstanding culinary dishes. Treat yourself with some incredible piattini, get that second spritz Select, and listen to the story behind the ingredients. Every visit is a treat, I can't recommend this place enough: a true gem. Price per person: €50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
