This is my favorite Pick branch in all of Riyadh, everyone is so nice and the food is delicious. However, the AC hasn't been working recently which makes it almost impossible to dine in and enjoy a meal without sweating! PLEASE LOOK INTO FIXING IT ASAP AS THE HEAT IS UNBEARABLE!! We usually get a drive thru service and ask for frozen yogurt The experience is stressful as theres always miscommunication with the guy who takes our order I advice you simplify the menu to make it easier for people to make their order ( between flavors, topping and sauce) or hire someone who understands people better.
