Breakfast was good. Thats where the potisive feedback ends. No one available on desk when we checked in. Provided service phone went to voicemail. Wasp infestation throughout first floor. Unused Toilet broke in the night at 2am and then we were Blamed for damage to the rooms below the next day. Service (hotel-side) was pretty terrible throughout our short visit. Decor throughout is very dated and corridors were very loud throughout the night. Will be avoiding in the future. Sad that mercure put their name to the place. Price per person: £100+ Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
