I had a lovely meal at Picupa while exploring Mesta. The rigatoni pastitsio was absolutely delicious—comforting, full of flavor, and really well made. You can tell they put care into what they serve. The service was excellent—friendly, quick, and welcoming. It’s a relaxed and easygoing place, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner with great food.
