Having visited Pizzatopia in Kraków’s Old Town several times and always enjoying the experience, I was happy to come across their Warsaw location while visiting the city. Unfortunately, this location did not live up to the same standard. The staff were friendly and polite, but they appeared somewhat inexperienced. More importantly, the pizza itself was noticeably different from what I had enjoyed in Kraków. The ingredients did not seem as fresh, and the overall quality felt inconsistent. My wife really wanted spinach on her pizza and was told that they were out of it. Moreover, the pizza edges were too overcooked (burnt). The atmosphere also felt rather uninspiring, especially considering the restaurant was nearly empty around 3 PM on a Sunday. Moreover, the toilets were not very clean. Between the lackluster ambiance and the disappointing ingredient quality, I would not return to this particular location. Price per person: zł 40–60 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
