There is allmost nothing in this PJ Fresh. Since there is a McDonald's on site Pilot once again has removed the salads, fresh sandwiches, wraps, etc.... (obviously there is a lucrative kickback from McDonald's to offset the profit from selling drivers healthy foods. There are rows and rows of junk food, but nothing healthy. Food: 1
