I ordered a burger and onion rings through a delivery app. The driver went mia so I sent my partner to pick it up instead. The staff ended up apologizing and remade the order fresh for me. I was not expecting it and it was such an awesome thing for them to do. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Onion Rings

Warning: This Review is Detailed. If you're on the fence about this place, this review will help cut through the smoke. Read on to hear our story:There was a minor mixup with the online order at the time of pickup.After we pointed it out, they gave us a refund on the error. On top of that, the owner later called us personally to apologize and offer compensation for the mixup. In the end, she went above and beyond our expectations to make the situation right. All in all, they handled the situation very well. The owner provided exceptional customer service. The fries had a perfect balance of potato, seasoning, and crispiness and the shakes were creamy and frothy.We ended up going twice. Once on Wednesday and the next on a Saturday. There was a difference between the quality of food and service from Wednesday to Saturday and I think that was based on who was working at the time. Needless to say, you can count on their integrity and genuine compassion to make sure your experience at PKLS Burgers is one to remember.Disclaimer: This is not a paid review, nor am I a friend of the owner. Because we had an appetite for a solid burger, shake and fries, we decided on putting our palettes through the PKLS Burgers experience.
