Great idea. Been to Sandbo and now Root3. Great food both. I like supporting small independents and Taste Kitchen is a way to do that.

the whole idea of the incubator is fantastic. the recent menu using local products is fantastic. nevertheless, there is a problem when you use the word "iberico" pork where you should say locally raised "black pig". in the chinese writing is clear because it says only black pig and does not include "Spain". we used "Spanish black pig" 12 years ago for the first time to translate iberico. the usage of iberico in the English version of this menu is misleading. i have already mentiones this weeks ago but no correction. sad
