Evaluation refers to “service” because we didn’t even consume the product. I received good service on the phone and placed my order at 11:50, I was asked if it would be ok for the order to arrive at 12:15 as they were very busy, I said ok, when it was 12:26 no order was received, I thought I misunderstood the time and I called again, and was informed that they were very busy and only had one motorcycle courier and that was why it was late, but that my order was already on the street with the delivery man, so at 1:00 pm I called again requesting cancellation, and I didn’t even receive an apology, just the question “haven’t you received it yet?” “Do you still want the order?” Who asks for something they don't want?? Obviously I wanted the order, just as I wanted good service and to be respected as a customer, but anyway, if you don't know how to work and serve well when "there is a lot" of movement, accept fewer orders, get organized and don't grow, because it wasn't just bad service. It's a whole function of going after another roast, preparing something else because we have the expectation that we would be well attended to and receive our order and/or an apology.
