A long-established bakery in southern Fukui City, they offer a plentiful selection of breads, savory and sweet. With such a variety, you're bound to find something you enjoy. I bought four different breads and I was happily satisfied with all of them. Nothing groundbreaking, but a great solid standard. However, even though the melon bread had excellent texture and nutty taste, it didn't taste at all like melon bread. That might be good for some, but I was disappointed.
