Very bad experience, the fish dish was all vegetables (lettuce), the wait was endless, the frozen dessert had to be claimed at the bar and they informed us that they didn't have it. Not recommended. Wheelchair accessibility: From the street to the premises there is a ramp, the entrance to the living room is 3 steps. I went about 2 weeks ago, on Saturday evening the place was crowded but not too crowded, we sat outside given the pleasant evening, to start with I have a toy poodle and I notice that the floor is very dirty, beer caps, cigarette butts and so on, This already suggests a lot, we order the pizzas when the waiter serves us, he inadvertently drops the pizza oil on my trousers. I ask for the stain remover several times and he brings it to me but without a brush. the pizza was much better once upon a time. at the time of payment I would have expected an eye for what had happened, but this was not the case and is absolutely not a problem, it would have just been a gesture of courtesy and attention towards the customer. service to be reviewed, it's a shame because it's a nice place but this way you only risk losing customers!! The welcome to be seen again! You cannot tell the punctual customer who has booked that the booking time is simply indicative, while if you arrive late the pizzeria does not guarantee your place! One of the two! What about the service: can you wait over an hour for 4 margherita pizzas? I really don't think so! And then what about beers? Impossible to do an encore.....because the beers on tap are finished! This on Saturday! But is there a minimum level of organization regarding supplies? Apparently not! But isn't Port Ellen also a restaurant? Apparently not! Because all it takes is for the chef to be absent for the kitchen to be closed!
