Pow Express is a reap off. Maybe because I'm not used to their services, but who gets used to being short-changed?? The combo we picked had too many complaints. First there was no chicken we had to go for beef. There was no pet drink, so we were forced to pick water or forfeit a drink entirely, the other combo had no prawns. We ordered from 1pm, it took us another 45mins to complete payment and the food got to us by 5pm after complaints from the kitchen, rider, the WhatsApp reps, etc, it was all too much. The portions of the food was what pissed me off totally. They were so small that I had to eat eba afterwards, after waiting for almost 4 hours. What! For 16k (combo 3) and I was still freaking hungry. Haba na, 16 thousand naira meal and I wasn't anywhere near full. The water was hot, well it should, it took forever to come and the food was cold. The taste was delicious at least I could manage but that's about it. Everything about this experience was so unsatisfactory, unpleasant and the hype is overrated because they came recommended.
