Prep’d Kitchen was an absolute standout. The food was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Every meal was packed with flavour while still feeling healthy and satisfying. The atmosphere had a great vibe, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I loved knowing the meals are developed by sports nutritionists, which adds an extra level of confidence in their quality and balance. The coffee was spot on and the perfect accompaniment to any meal. The homemade sweet treats were also fantastic. Highly recommended for great food, coffee, and service. Will defs be back!
