What a fantastic find. The owners are the loveliest people imaginable and their food is just as good. We ate here twice. Absolute recommendation! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20

A friend and I had a long leisurely lunch at PRIMO, a quiet, out-of-the-way restaurant in our neighborhood in Palermo. We had a wonderful lunch: she had the busiate with crema di carciofi (artichoke), ricotta & speck; I had the orata (sea bream) with grilled eggplant, along with a great Insolia from Cusamano (one of my favorites Sicilian vintners). Look forward to returning and trying various dishes! The food and service were both excellent! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30
