Enjoyed a satisfying meal at PS.Cafe Raffles City. Service was attentive and efficient, and all the dishes tasted fresh and delicious. My favorite was the honey miso salmon. The truffle fries are also a must-try. The dining environment was cozy and relaxing, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy a good meal. This branch is crowded at weekends due to its locality within Orchard shopping core. Best to book tables if you really want to be sure. Service is pleasant, though somewhat harried during peak dinner times! Queues form for those without reservations. Food selections are really good, though you need to choose wisely for those with more flavour. The Carbonara Madalfine tasted good, except the cheese flavour was too salty. The Chicken Rocce is better as the tanginess was just right. Truffle fries is a great heap to share for 4 people! Dessert-wise, the carrot cake was somewhat disappointing as I could not taste much of the carrot flavour and the cake was darker in colour than expected. Wonderful friendly service from staff. Told one and half hour to dine. Just chill and ordered a weekday price $50 Leopard Leap Shiraz with truffles fries and chicken bites to go with. Everything is tasty and delicious. A good 90 mins to chill prior to dinner. Always my favourite place to chillax.
