This was my second visit to Pablo, and honestly, the main reason I came back was the view. It’s by far one of the most breathtaking spots I’ve been to — the kind of place that instantly makes you slow down and just take it all in. The food and the atmosphere were just as immaculate as I remembered. Everything felt well thought out without being overdone. What I really appreciate about Pablo is how cozy and calm it is — it’s not swamped with people, which makes the whole experience feel more intimate and relaxing.
